  • Failure to use the service for reasons beyond the Operator’s control does not entitle the Client to a refund.

6. Client obligations

The Client undertakes to:

  • comply with the internal rules of the parking facility;
  • deliver and collect the vehicle in normal operating condition;
  • not leave valuables in plain sight inside the vehicle.

7. Liability and limitations

The Operator is not liable for:

  • items left inside the vehicle;
  • damages caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, fires, storms, etc.);
  • damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.

The Operator’s liability is limited in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

8. Personal data protection

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, logos, graphic elements) is the property of Take and EAT SRL and may not be used without the Operator’s prior written consent.
